[Work]

Built around real businesses.

We're a young studio — so instead of logos, here's the real thing: what we're building right now, and how we work.

In development

Satnam Sewing Machines
an import business on autopilot.

A sewing-machine importer running the whole import cycle on parchis, phone calls and memory: purchase quantities, supplier POs, landing costs, supplier debts, customer payments, stock. We mapped their eight-step import process, kept the two steps they wanted manual, and automated the other six into one custom system.

📦 Stock & live forex pricing

Inventory priced at the live USD/INR rate — every rupee value re-prices itself the moment the exchange rate moves.

📄 Parchi → formal PO

The owner writes orders by hand on a parchi. The system turns whatever is written into a formal, supplier-ready purchase order in seconds.

🧮 Landing cost from the PI

One click prices every machine in a 124-unit Proforma Invoice: CIF at live rate + custom duty + GST — per unit and per line.

💸 Manual steps, logged

Advance payments and shipping bookings stay manual by design — but recorded in the app, with the data flowing into balances and costing automatically.

🏭 Supplier debt reminders

Every supplier's balance and due date (read from each PI), with WhatsApp reminders a configurable number of days before the deadline.

👥 Customer payment reminders

Phone notifications for the owner, polite emails for the customer — before the due date, and optionally on the day itself.

How we sold it: before writing a single line of production code, the client clicked through a full working preview of his system — every screen, every automation, his own workflow. That preview is our process, and it's exactly what the Demo Lab shows for your business.
